Board of Directors

The management of the company is vested in a Board of Directors. The Managing Director maintains the day-to-day affairs of the company in close consultation with the Chairman & the Directors and with the assistance of the Chief Operations Officer and General Manager. The Management Team are highly professionals and with long experience in the RMG sector. They help maintain the technical, advisory and administrative activities of the company.
